AZDEN SGM21 Shotgun XLR mic (AMA-SGM1X)

The SGM-1X Professional Shotgun Microphone is designed to provide quality audio for the videographer. Suitable for both camera-mount and boom mic applications, this hyper-directional, super-cardioid shotgun microphone has a wide frequency response, exhibits low noise and accepts up to 120dB SPL input levels. The 12.3″ long microphone uses a single “AAA” battery that will last for over 1000 hours of use due to the mic’s extremely low current drain. The low-impedance XLR output allows for a balanced (low-noise) connection to cameras and mixers. The SGM-1X ships complete with a windscreen and Azden’s proprietary shock-mount holder that isolates the microphone from camera motor noise and extraneous vibrations. The shock-mount holder has provisions for both camera-shoe and mic-stand mounting.
